A city that looks to the sky is a city that respects itself, without limiting its development. From a design point of view the project is made up of a set of large triangles that define the shape of a pyramidal tower. The tower contains a complex system of functions: at ground floor there are public functions, such as sports facilities, trade and restaurants, above them offices and private residences, while the top can be turned into a public club. The project includes a green system becoming a strong element of cohesion with the surroundings landscape. This network, composed by plants and water system, ensures continuity between the inside and the outside of the building.
