3. Renovation and remodeling of a historic “Sheraton Hotel and an adjacent

estimated construction cost of over US $ 240,000,000

Kuwait University in collaboration with international consultants. Area of
over 85,000 Sq Mt and an estimated Construction cost of $300 M
