As an office project manager, my duties included and were not limited to site supervision, client and vendor relations. Communication with the sales manager and between the sales associates and client. Composition of home design, brochures, layout and construction documents. Preparation of construction packages and work orders as needed such as electrical, HVAC and finish trim. Scheduling of installation and follow-ups with vendors, revision of invoices and site checklists.

Bachelor's degree of Science in interior design, the 4-year degree where we learned and acquired the skills of a designer in all aspects and not only interiors. We studied cultural design and traveled through time to learn of the pre-existing design that shaped today's world as it is. Learned computer-aided programs from adobe suites to AutoCAD and lumion. Composed models at various formats and scales from a miniature model to paint as tall as a human. Worked with different mediums and explored multiple techniques of creation.
