About 

History Mr. Murtha has over 32 years of architectural experience. He is the founding principal and the majority shareholder of Stateline No. 7 Architects for the past nineteen years, a firm that has evolved as a go-to firm for public entities and particularly for State and public developments in Casper and other regional towns.

Purpose Lyle is driven to provide clients the most flexible building plans so that their life is extended beyond the typical building span and to maintain a Wyoming “vernacular” to the design that is comforting and familiar to the users as well as timeless in its rendition.

Strengths:

Coordination - As majority shareholder, founder, and operating manager of Stateline No. 7 Architects, Lyle is well-versed in managing multiple projects with numerous consultants and completing projects on time and within budget. Lyle’s background is diverse and includes numerous health care, state and municipal projects, including several projects with combined health department, board of directors’ oversight, and multi-disciplined consulting teams. 

Dedication - Lyle is very hands-on and is personally involved with each and every project produced by the firm.
