An old factory near the sea built at the beginning of XX century refurbished  and enlarged by the construction of other structures for make it able to satisfy the new exigencies of another generation those of XXI century.
After one hundred years, after a long period of neglect, it become a museum with  the addiction of  other functional components, as A cultural center tha can receive about 160 people, book-shops, store and a bar-restaurant with a view over the sea.
It is a new point of reference during every kind of season for the people that love the sea even in winter.
