About

I am an architectural designer with 5 1/2 years of experience.  I am originally from New York City, a place which has provided a strong foundation for my love of architecture.

I have a liberal arts background in addition to a professional architecture degree, and thus bring a critical mind to the practice of architecture. Both analytic and committed to beauty and excellence, I believe in bringing architecture into the the world which is both provocative and enduring.

My most formative experiences have been in Europe, where I worked for Xaveer de Geyter Architects in Brussels, Belgium, and Herzog and De Meuron in Basel Switzerland. I believe architecture is most powerful when material and structure come together to form a clear unity, something which both of these offices do very well. It was these experiences, combined with the enduring history of European architecture that have formed me into the kind of architect I am today.
