We have created a conceptual design for a 68,120 SF office building and 124,260 SF parking garage that sits on 1.6 acres in East Austin, Texas.
The predominantly tilt-wall design features a unique offset skin which acts as a brise-soleil for the strategically placed apertures that provide unobstructed views to downtown Austin and surrounding parks.
