CO Adaptive Architecture + Build, Brooklyn, NY, US, Associate/Technical Architect
In my recent role, I was focused on project management, systems development, and technical documentation for multiple design and construction projects while delegating and overseeing project associates. Alongside project work, I drove firm innovation through extensive research efforts exploring alternate materials and building techniques such as low carbon design, circularity, and deconstruction/reuse.
My primary responsibilities included developing project timelines, tracking profit across projects, providing technical knowledge for code and zoning documentation, developing design, and more recently supporting construction management processes. I supervised team members through project tasks and knowledge shared to support professional growth, as well as created firm organizational structures and project management tools to deliver on critical project work.
Additionally, I provided technical support through code research, maintaining firm standards, and developing energy models and data analysis to support sustainable design.

My main responsibilities involve assisting the project manager on larger scale projects, delegating tasks to other team members, and providing as a liaison between the drafters, interior designers, consultants, and clients.
