The following is  Spec. Project I started last summer and I am still working on. need to add the pool and the golf course.  It is a ten story, ballroom and event space with a bar on 2 and a restraurant on 10. 100+ rooms and suites.  I am looking for a client for this project. Know any interested developers? I am guesstimating $80 million to $150 million to build
