7400 sf two-story building to serve both the shrimping industry and boating related tourism in southeast South Carolina. The project includes a very large ice-making operation, two large piers, a large parking lot for trucks and fishermen's vehicles and landscaped grounds. The project is designed to host fishing tournaments, sailing competition events, and other community events.
