Education

University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH, US, Bachelors, Architectural Engineering

As a student in the Architectural Engineering B.S. program at the University of Cincinnati, I have the unique opportunity to split my curriculum between the engineering and architecture programs in two different colleges, applying engineering principles to the design, planning, and building of modern and sustainable societies.

Architectural engineers pay close attention to the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and renovation of buildings, impact on the surrounding environment, and ensure that systems fit into its overall architectural design.

I take courses that cover the theory, design, and technical aspects of critical building designs, such as structural system, the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, as well as electrical, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection systems through studio and lab experiences.
