Welborne is an ambitious project which aims to establish a regionally significant new settlement in South Hampshire. LDA Design has worked collaboratively with Fareham Borough Council, providing support and advice to move plans from core strategy stage towards development of the new community.

Our robust structuring plan is helping to define the new community and align the site promoters and Council’s aspirations. LDA Design has focussed and communicated planning and design priorities, tested their deliverability and incorporated them into a clear delivery strategy in the Local Plan.
