Architect Interior and Retail Designer|Site Coordinator
- Works as an Interior and Retail Designer responsible in conceptualizing design, planning and preparation of architectural drawings
- Prepares complete architectural working drawings for construction use
- Makes design studies and sketches.
- Prepares the complete approved designs, and specification in setting forth in detail the work required for Architectural/Retail Design.
- Responsible in providing full details in preparing shop drawing.
- Coordinates with relevant sub-contractor for coordination purpose.
- Support design team assisting with sample boards and presentations/pitches.
- Undertake accurate site surveys including necessary measurements.
- Coordinates architectural drawings with different service engineers for the preparation of plans for structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Preparing architectural and or M.E.P. drawings for statutory approvals
- Prepares and submits drawings to Dubai Municipality for preliminary and final approval
