Da Nang City is famous for Han River and its riverfront. High rise are fully developed along the riverside. The project is among these. The unique location is an advantage but also a challenge with existing urban planning requirements and height limit.

 To meet the client’s brief and the context, we came up with 2 tower design. This design not only give a chance to create slim proportion for the tower massing but also maximize number of “view out apartment”. The triangle shape and the tower arrangements are designed not to obstruct each other‘s   spectacular views to Han River, Son Tra Peninsula and My Khe Beach.

Amenities with infinity pools at different level, ballroom, gym, spa, are arranged toward Han river to get more views of its riverfront.

To adapt the tropical climate of Da Nang City, shaded plaza and loggia around the tower are used in this project.  Loggia is integrated with different size concrete and printed glass shadings giving the façade the front flaps image of traditional “Ao dai”.

The shaded concourse at ground level, surrounded by podium retails with F&B focus, which is well connected to the river front. With this design, the project is more exposed to the river and it will serve as an open public plaza as well as international cuisines and entertainment activities destination for the tourist.
