Now having more than a year of experience in the Hospitality Design Industry, it truly takes a lot of research, planning, and teamwork to complete both large and small projects within a budget and on time while collaborating with a multitude of professionals in the design industry. I utilize pen and paper along with CAD, Sketch-Up, and Photoshop to bring my visions to life, building upon and further developing my creative mind in preparation for my NCIDQ licensing in the near future. I am also experienced in Revit, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, and many other email platforms. I have created marketing materials in many of my past positions that were used in both employee training and client presentations.

We specialize in Restaurant Design and take our projects from the conceptual and schematic phases all the way through construction while keeping the client first and paying close attention to detail. Upon parting with SDS, I worked on East End Market, which will be opening in 2013 as an indoor farmer's market, banquet facility, and private office space. Other work I was participating in includes Fleet Landing, Ocean Reef Yacht Club, Sharky's on the Pier, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, First Watch, and HMS Host. We just completed Cask & Larder in Winter Park, FL as well as Quantum Leap in Orlando, FL. in 2012.

ActivEngage is a fast-paced company that specializes in online chat for automotive dealerships across the nation and in Canada. I managed a group of six to eight Virtual Sales Assistant's - leading, training, molding them to have very robust, error-free conversations with the potential or current customers who enter the dealership's website. We create the bridge from the customer to the Sales Team at our client dealerships and strived to put them in a positive light every chat, every word, every time with a conversion rate of almost 90%. As so many people shop online these days, this relationship is that much more vital to our dealer clients.
