This project was handed over to the employer in 2008 with the study and survey of intellectual and educational entertainment spaces for children and adolescents of Gorgan city in a land plot with an area of 17,000 square meters in two phases.

Educational, entertainment, shops, open-air, and roofed amphitheaters are in this complex.

The building was planned and designed on three floors:

Basement: 629 square meters

Ground floor: 1039 square meters and

First floor: 783 square meters
