In 2013, five talented architects had a dream. A common goal to serve their higher education clients with the highest caliber of service, student-centric design, and humility. Those five architects, firm principals who had been working together for more than 15 years, branched off and founded their own firm, KWK Architects.

KWK is driven by a passion for meeting student needs with innovative yet practical design solutions. In our professional careers, we have applied a respect for the understanding of student psychology to the design of state of-the-art and sustainable student life and academic facilities at more than 30 universities and colleges across the country. Our approach to each project is based on fostering a highly collaborative process with the client, achieved through honest listening, approachability, and open-mindedness.
