Something that distinguishes Guatemala is the coffee industry. Based on this, the Tourism Hotel project was proposed, which seeks to unite three fundamental premises: The manufacture of coffee, generate a sustainable project which does not interrupt the environment where it is inserted and promote tourism in the area. It is a project in which we work from the generating idea to post-production. It seeks to achieve a total connection with the environment, generating the
least possible impact. Studies of solar incidence, use of rainwater and solar energy, among others, were carried out to guarantee its sustainability.
