• Managed and designed several new lighting and furniture products from concept ideation, prototyping, and sample development through to the final design implementation and production. A number of these products, including the Arca, have been featured in prestigious design events (e.g. Salone del Mobile) and publications (e.g. Dezeen) and have generated significant sales for the company.
• Executed large-scale projects efficiently and strategically to fulfill our clients’ requirements within tight deadlines while advancing our brand aesthetic and adhering to international safety standards. For example, I took over the reins of a $500K custom fixture project for a high-end hotel in Saudi Arabia, and adjusted the scope and design, reducing our production costs in half, meeting our deadline, and satisfying the customer’s needs.
• Worked closely with our CEO, esteemed international design teams, and third party vendors to bring various concepts to life by refining designs, optimizing engineering, and implementing innovative manufacturing processes.

• Create, lead, and manage numerous custom design projects from conceptualization to implementation working with clients and architects.
• Redesigned and improved many of Paul Rudolph original designs including redesigning the companies main product line of halogen linear lighting into a flexible LED based system, earning UL and CE certifications.
• Managed the manufacturing of various materials while ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are followed by establishing specifications, BOMs and collaborating with international and domestic vendors.
• Researched, specified, managed, and sourced electrical and mechanical components used for ongoing production custom projects.

• In collaboration with David Weeks I worked on prototyping fixtures and refining aesthetic and mechanical components for new designs, such as the Brahma collection debut in 2013 at Ralph Pucci in New York.
• Assisted in supply chain management of custom and stock parts.
• Oversaw the training of new fabricators while maintaining the highest level of quality control.
• Conducted preliminary research for new concepts including market research, materials, finishes, renderings, and 3D models.
