Harlem Meer Center - Pool and Ice Rink

The Central Park Conservancy is rebuilding the former Lasker Rink and Pool to better integrate the facility into the landscape, offer new and enhanced outdoor activities, and increase access for communities around the north end of Central Park. The main pavilion includes a comprehensive bathroom and locker room facility comfort station with concessions, skate rentals, and support spaces and features a 200 foot long glass "porch" that opens up to the expansive pool deck and splash pad. The 280'x120' oval zero entry pool, the 8th largest in NYC, will transform every fall into an ice skating and NHL size hockey rink.
