This project is an interior remodel of an existing Commercial Space. Our client wanted to create a new cafe/ flower shop business and chose us to do all the drawings and design for this project. This space is located at 78 5th Ave, New York, NY 10011 and the total square footage is 4,520sf. We proposed the demolition of all existing conditions which includes partitions, ceilings, and finishes. Our proposed construction included all new finishes, new ceilings, and new partitions based on our design.
