Jooyoung Lim received his Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Degree at Columbia University in May 2023 and his Bachelor of Architecture Degree at Auburn University in May 2022.

One of his academic works was once exhibited at the United Nations. Dr. Il Kim, Auburn University architecture department chair, submitted his thesis project with a recommendation to ACSA Student Work Showcase. His thesis book, "Employing Cinematographic Techniques in Architecture," is permanently exhibited in the Dudley Hall library at Auburn University. He contributed to winning 3rd place in Seoul Municipal Competition when he was in TPL Architects. He also participated in the 20K House project, an affordable design-build program in Newbern, Alabama.
