About 

Joseph is a Senior Architectural Designer at Fogarty Finger Architects in New York City, he has worked on both ground up residential developments and smaller commercial interior projects. For the first 2 and a half years of his career he has worked on several commercial interior projects from Schematic design through to Completion, including Crossmedia's commercial offices and 292 Madison Avenue's lobby and marketing suite.

Following his transition to Fogarty Finger's residential team, Joseph has been an integral designer of several ground-up projects throughout New York State of varying scales. Most recently he has seen a 230 unit building in Hicksville, Long Island, the size of a city block, from Predesign and feasibility, through to a completed CD set.  Other notable projects he has seen from SD to CD have been a 48 story mixed use tower in Long Island City on a very tight footprint. An 8 story adaptive re-use residential building in Soho, and a 200+ unit residential building in Port Chester 

Joseph has worked with several practices around the world, including the award winning London Architects Darling Associates. Working on a number of projects of varying scales, scopes and budgets, from residential, high-end and affordable, commercial and mixed used schemes. Notable projects include The Ampersand Building, Soho, London, and the BCO Award for Best Refurbishment shortlisted project - 6 Agar Street.

He has held Internship positions at The Rockwell Group and ODA. At ODA he was  involved in the redevelopment and the retail expansion of the Copley Mall and a residential addition at Copley Place, Boston, throughout the design development stage.  

Joseph resides in New York and he has all of the necessary work permits to allow him to work, both in the US & UK

Assisting the Project Architect during all stages of ground-up projects throughout London, from feasibility, schematic design, design development, tender documentation, construction documentaion. This included the production of drawings utilizing Autocad, 3D modelling, both physical to a very high standard, and Digital using Sketchup and Rhino, and rendering using Vray and Photoshop. Graphic organization of documents using Illustrator and Indesign
