56 Leonard Street, Herzog & de Mueron, New York, NY (Built)
• Assisted in the coordination of construction documents for 56 Leonard Street, a vertical glass expression of sculpted surfaces, cantilevers and outdoor space elevating to 60 stories and an iconic presence over the fabric of SoHo in Manhattan, designed by Herzog & de Mueron. Tower consisted of a comprehensive program incorporating amenity space, balconies & terraces, pool, fitness center, screening room and a mixed use program. The sculptural building consists of 495,700 square feet, 149 Units and a budget of $495,700,000.
• Delegated work assignments in various architectural phases of the project ranging from design development to construction document phase, including floor plans, building sections, reflected ceiling plans, penthouse sections, area calculations, elevator core designation, building perimeters, kitchen and bathroom plans and elevations.
• Coordinated building construction methods including building sections, materials used and concrete cantilever construction methods including roofs, terraces, balconies, walls, and structural concrete members.
• Prepared Attorney General and Tax lot drawings.

• Assisted in the coordination of design and construction documents for 56 Leonard Street, a vertical glass expression of sculpted surfaces, cantilevers and outdoor space elevating to 60 stories and an iconic presence over the fabric of SoHo in Manhattan, designed by Herzog & de Mueron.
• Project construction came to an abrupt end during the great recession of 2009 and the resurrection was set in motion in 2012 under the leadership of Goldstein Hill & West Architects and employment rehire in 2012 to bridge service recognition of project and team member of 56 Leonard Street.

River Place II, Silver Towers, Silverstein Properties, New York, NY (Built)
• Assisted in the coordination and preparation of construction documents for River Place II, Silverstein Properties-Silver Towers, a two 57 story residential twin towers with mixed use consisting of 1,114,509 square feet, 1,359 Units and a budget exceeding $600,000,000.
• Coordinated mechanical and structural documents with engineering consultants.
• Developed written material and comprehensible documents describing the composition of addendum narratives in chronological order for review as specified for project revisions.
• Generated mechanical calculations and take off analysis to meet zoning code compliance.
• Produced technical drawings utilizing basic and complex procedures of AutoCAD.

86 Leonard Street, Leviev Boymelgreen, New York, NY (Built)
• Assisted in the coordination of design development and construction documents for 88 Leonard Street, Leviev Boymelgreen in the Tribeca District of Manhattan. It defines a residential mid-rise with mix use, state of the art concrete building with a window wall system in a landscape of sustainable communities. Project consists of 25 stories, 200,000 square feet, 230 Units.
• Generated a full set of working drawings in all phases of schematic design, design development and construction development for submission and construction of project.
