The project is located in the heart of Hollywood and the existing buildings (TVC) currently offer creative workspaces/production studio for movie shooting industry, set in the 1920's Art Deco.
The Complex consists of two blocks, aka North & South for both new construction and Rehab Proposal. The design aids at creating a reimagined environment blending sound stage and production facilities for the ultimate studio lot. We proposed a new bungalow like office building in The Northern block, alongside with the rehabilitation activities with the original art-deco buildings that will enclose a lively studio environment with a full array of onsite amenities. On the Southern block, a six-story creative office building will sit among several soundstages and a basecamp.
