With three decades of experience developing architectural services at Toll Brothers (NYSE TOL) running a business unit with $30 million in annual revenue. I created a culture of excellence and innovation, adapting my group to changing market conditions, increasing efficiencies through process improvement, organizational change, and leveraging new technology.
I refer to myself as a “big-picture, detail guy” and am known for my strategic development and flexible leadership with a sweet spot at the intersection of technology, building science, and manufacturing. I have been at the center of several enterprise-wide initiatives focusing on innovation, transformation, digital customer experience, governance, and IT strategy. For example, my group created a home-grown digital design visualization and evaluation tools using VR which enabled rapid prototyping, increased speed to market, and reduced costs.
When I was as Cornell University College of Architecture, I also studied business administration and computer science. Before joining Toll Brothers, I was a project manager at several small firms in greater New York City and Philadelphia areas.
