Design invokes an innate property of our humanity that requires us to reach within. This invocation calls for empathy and develops a rich understanding of our relation to time, memory, and place. In collaboration with others that seek to share and grow this partnership, a community of intention and compassion thrives. This is the mission of my work. The approach that I take is one that employs useful tools of memory, time, and culture as a reference point for the design process. My work exhibits such a process through the activation of the interior as a space that not only becomes an experience, but is uniquely tied to the psychology of the user.
