Mr. Brinkley was one of the architectural project managers on the design team developing the terminal design and providing architectural building information modeling (BIM) for the schematic design & design development documents. The fourteen story hotel and RTD train terminal will be an impressive addition to the south end of the main terminal. The current estimated project cost is $500 million.
