Revitalization of an existing (44,000 sf) concrete tilt-up warehouse building into a state of the art training facility for the Apprentice & Journeymen (A&J) Training Trust Fund Plumbers Union of Southern California.  Project scope consists of a 12,000 sf 2 story addition, executive conference room, administrative suite, multi-purpose room, training rooms (17), welding shop (40 booths), and new exterior canopy.
