About

Under the supervision of the Facilities Department at Los Angeles Pierce College in the creation of BIM Models of Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems for different buildings at the campus, through interpretation of As-Built documents and Field Verification, analyzing the interaction among those systems, developing an i-model, and integrating CMMS information used by the Operations and Maintenance of Facilities Department for the operations of the campus.

Created GIS maps for utilities systems and analyzed and developed the space inventory of interior and exterior spaces, coordinating those elements into an interactive GIS map exportable to the CMMS software used by Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD)

Collaborated with the Facilities Department by developing maps, graphics, and studies for campus operations to optimize the use of the resources and improve the operations schedule through the use of the Class Use/Occupancy Program Table used by the Facilities Department to check and control the occupancy and use of the classes for a better distribution of resources.

As a member of the Energy Team, duties included but not limited to the creation of the Energy Model for the future Construction Technology Building at Los Angeles Trade Technical College. The duties were emphasized in the Solar Study and Natural Lighting Analysis and the Electric System Model for the same building. In addition as member of the Visualization Team, I developed the creation of animation models to exhibit at the different campuses.
