Main Project 1: Zhuhai BNU-HKBU United International College (UIC) No.2 Campus | Under Construction
• Participated in SD - DD phases. The project comprises five educational buildings with a floor height ranging from 4 to 5 meters. Responsible for schematic design, drawing, and model updates. Conducted sunlight analysis for the educational buildings using Grasshopper, updated colored master plans using CAD and PS, and produced a series of analytical diagrams in PS and AI, including site analysis, pedestrian flow, and functional zones. Adjusted the design based on feedback from each TCM meeting and met clients’ requirements.
Main Project 2: Taiwan Kaohsiung Economic Park, Zone III | Awarded the bid
• Participated in the CD phase of the project. Assisted the team in adjusting and refining the facade design, completing 8 elevation drawings of two office buildings and two apartment buildings in the trade zone using CAD. Utilized Rhino and Enscape to produce 3 aerial view images selected for inclusion in the report document.

Addition of a Rooftop Garden to Maison Birks Mall | Constructed
• Independently completed the conversion of original architectural drawings into Rhino 3D models, and reconstructed the CAD drawings. Under the guidance of the director, accomplished four directional elevation drawings at a 1:100 scale for the rooftop garden (approximately 100 sqm). Tested parameters for materials such as wood, metal, and glass in Enscape, and completed 5 garden space renderings.

Main Project 1: Wulong National Sports Center｜Entrusted Project
• Under the guidance of the lead architect, participated in the CD-SD phase of the project. The project is a comprehensive sports facility that includes swimming, table tennis, basketball, and mental health services. Responsible for conducting preliminary site surveys and organizing the specifications in the brief, such as GFA, FAR, and Green Ratio, and assisted the team in drawing and updating the floor plans. Worked collaboratively with other consultants in structural, landscape, and MEP to finalize the submission documents. Also in charge of communicating with the rendering company to optimize design effects.
Main Project 2: Ningbo Olympic Sports Center | Entrusted Project
• The Phase I of the project was completed by Zaha Hadid Architects. During the internship, the main responsibility was the interior design of the Phase II venue. Using the original design as a reference, independently completed 3 interior design proposals for the team to select and refine. Proficient in using Rhino and D5 for modeling and rendering.

Main Project 1: Nanjing Golden Eagle World | Constructed
• Assisted the team in completing the interior design of a 500 sqm supermarket on the B1 floor, independently completed two sectional drawings in CAD. Organized and updated design drawings in PPT. Participated in weekly site inspections, confirmed design details with the construction team on-site to ensure construction according to the plans.
Main Project 2: Nanjing Mingfa Pearl Spring Villa 101 | Constructed
• Under the guidance of the director, completed the post-hard decoration and soft decoration stages of a 200 sqm villa. This included 3D design node modeling, communication and coordination with the owner regarding the design plan, participation in furniture and material sampling, and organizing a material list for the owner to choose from.
