Managed and implemented the day-to-day schedule, plus performed administrative support, for the CEO/President of a private investment firm of high net worth individuals and institutional investors.
 Administered the calendar of an entrepreneurial CEO/President who is also a board member for various organizations, head of his family foundation, landowner in rural Virginia, and adventuresome traveler.
 Managed 10-person office – oversaw printers, copiers, office supplies, building maintenance, telephones and all incoming/outgoing shipments.
 Organized logistical details for special events involving investors, politicians and staff by working with caterers, determining sites and writing/executing invitations.
