The project is located in Mutuelle ville, an emblematic neighborhood located north of downtown's Tunis and bordering Belvedere park, in this district resided in the 1900s by members of a mutual, and has been transformed over the years into a residential area with art nouveau, modernist and contemporary buildings with vibrant greenery.

This project consisted of renovation of a building built in the 1950s. It features two independent entities: A flagship showroom and workspace for the ready to wear brand ANISSA AIDA on the ground floor and Appart le-vingt-deux a residential apartment on the upper floor.

Appart le-vingt-deux is a living space designed for a couple of designers, hassene jeljeli and the daughter of Achraf meddeb both architects from different backgrounds and generations.

The concept was to create a living space, zen, bright with interior facades, to have an open space with large windows to enjoy the view.

All the original house was built in load-bearing stone, a huge thermal advantage but also a disadvantage in terms of freedom to have large windows without touching the structure. 

The apartment consists of an open space with a living room, dining room and kitchen, a master bedroom with bathroom and office space, a guest room with an office that can be converted into an extension of the living room and an additional bathroom. With two large terraces.
