JAC Architecture, Planning & Management was founded by Josh Cardenas, an architect, artist, project manager, and entrepreneur. Josh spent 15 years in commercial architecture and project management before establishing the firm in Santa Clarita, California. JAC is not just an architectural design firm but a more full-service design and project management firm providing full-service architectural design as well as construction project management services to its clients.

From the Schematic Design phase where the clients' fundamental program and design criteria are established through to substantial completion of the construction project, JAC provides a single-stop source for the full architectural planning, design, scope, schedule, and budget development, and project management of capital projects for commercial real-estate tenant improvements and new development projects.
