The project consists of a fit-out of 220,000 SF the existing 350,000 SF facility. The building includes high-bay warehousing, cold storage, and pick and pack operations for approximately 400 employees. New office and wellness center in the facility includes lunch room, locker rooms, gowning, offices, training center and other support facilities for the distribution center.
