The firm is led by Ann Kutaka and John Harada both licensed and LEED AP Architects. Ann also holds the distinction of being the first architect in Hawaii to become an ICSC Senior Certified Development Design and Construction Professional.

The firm includes three licensed and LEED AP architects, a LEED AP IIDA Interior Design professional, and other design professionals and support staff.
