Thesis addresses the pressing housing crisis and demand for inclusive design in vulnerable communities in the Metropolitan area of Guadalajara, Mexico. The result is a set of guidelines for a community plan that both integrates social implications and the need for adequate, equitable and accessible public infrastructure.
