The project is located in Famagusta, a city within the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus TRNC, next to the Eastern Mediterranean University Beach Club. The idea is to create a space for locals and tourists to exchange knowledge and experiences. Divided into; an Educational Building, an Administration Unit and a hotel, with a panoramic sea view to accommodate the visitor's needs. The Educational Building is placed on the opposite side and has 3 floors, while the Administration Unit has 2.
