New construction of a detached art studio with loft over a garage in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles, CA. Key elements in considered in the design were reclaimed wood siding, solar photovoltaic panels and bridging the existing home to the art studio with a raised deck living space with outdoor fireplace.
