The Focus of the design is to create a parking facility that is engaging in the process of re-scripting itself: negotiates the necessity of parking as meaningful development while integrating it with public space; manner in which it facilitates other possible needs of the neighborhood, addresses the dynamics of space with time to become more sustainable and contribute to urban life.
