The subject of the assignment was the design of new housing for active elderly people with a wellness complex in the village of Simonovice.

The main goal was to design housing and a complex that meets all the needs of the elderly, it was equally important to create a barrier-free environment and space for a full and comfortable life. This complex should be an excellent solution for the local residents of the village of Szymonowice.
The task was to find a suitable solution for the new development, taking into account the cultural landscape and the existing surrounding development.
