Through advanced modeling techniques, we fine-tuned various components, from insulation and HVAC systems to lighting and renewable energy integration, achieving the most efficient and eco-friendly solution for a sustainable future and significant cost savings.
Simulating Process
In this application we used GENERATIVE DESIGN to create variables of a single apartment, each variable has different façade system, (Double glazed windows, Triple Glazed Windows, Windows with Shading Slates, Shading Louvres, Strip ventilation)
This allowed us to analyze all of their the results and obtain the BEST/WORST options. As well as filtering the results according to a given kWh ENERGY USE or a certain INTERIOR COMFORT FACTOR.
