HYL is a full service interior architecture firm founded in 2014 to focus on corporate and law firm office space and related facilities such as cafeterias, fitness centers, public spaces / galleries, and conference centers.  HYL also handles re-positioning projects for existing buildings, such as lobby and elevator cab renovations, amenities space upgrades, tenant marketing packages and speculative office suites. 

Principals Catherine Heath, Antony Yen and Whitney Loke have been working together on award winning interiors projects since 2004 in the DC metro area, nationally and internationally.  We provide personalized, hands on service from project initiation to move in, working with a few clients to deliver quality and quantity of work exceeding expectations.  Our approach is to engage in each project with integrity, rigor and a commitment to the clients' and project's best interests.
