This former 300 m2 garage has been ingeniously transformed into wide and opened work space, planned to fit the needs of two architecture firms. The simplicity of the interior design allows several options for reorganization. This uncluttered and wide space takes advantage of high ceilings with apparent white painted ventilation ducts which contributes to accentuate the lightness of the place while preserving its loft aspect. A black half-way up volume hides informatic equipments, the material library and the kitchen, and cleverly divises the space without alterating the open area impression. Two entirely glazed offices have been installed on the mezzanine. Those privileged spaces overlook the workshops and take advantage of a very inspiring lush green landscape.
