My name is Farah Jalil, and I am a recent Master’s graduate in Computational Architecture from New York Institute of Technology (NYIT). My training in architectural design began with my undergraduate schooling in Architecture and the three years I worked as an architect after graduating, back in my hometown in Bangladesh. I then moved to the United States, seeking to expand my horizon as a designer while at the same time bringing here the knowledge and experience that I acquired working in Bangladesh. Having now completed my Master’s, I feel ready to take on bigger professional challenges and am hence looking for opportunities in the practice of architecture and design in the city of New York.
