• Worked in the Specialty Retail Sector, principally on the Cartier account. Was a part of a core team aiding
in the documentation and construction administration for five locations, including the following responsibilities:
- Performed site surveys and site analysis reports for potential Cartier boutique locations.
- Developed fully detailed construction document sets in preparation for permit, bidding, and construction.
- Stayed with projects through bidding and negotiation process and construction administration.
- Reviewed millwork and architectural shop drawings, attended weekly OAC calls, and participated in site
and punch visits.
• Created site survey report for Tesla account.
• Aided in production of Design Development set for Mack Weldon retail space.
• Participated in marketing research and development of client decks, in an effort to expand clientele for
