Heads a team to provide construction administration to the multiple California Veteran Homes, which includes Clients demand for documentation and design change, contractors and subcontractors’ RFI, ASI, Information Bulletin and approval from state agencies. Part of my job is to make sure of documents and design’s compliance to building codes, DSA, Fire Dept. local and national statutes and requirements.
California Department of General Services selected URS’ architectural and engineering team to redesign major areas of VA Skilled Nursing and Convalescent Home Facilities in West Los Angeles, Lancaster, and Ventura, California. URS has also been providing construction management, construction administration, and full peer review. The total cost of construction is $320 million.

Project Architect / Construction Administrator– initially hired to perform QA/QC (Technical reviewer for constructability and code compliance) on ongoing projects documents before issuance. After a month, was appointed to lead a team of 12 architects to support Las Vegas Office/headquarter for a $3.8B Cosmopolitan Casino Resort project in Las Vegas for construction documentation and project administration, includes flying to Las Vegas 2x a week for meetings and project troubleshooting. In my 7th month, for addition workload, The Indian casino project Quechan Casino Resort was handed to me for Construction administration task, which includes travel to site in Winterhaven, California, 2x a week and later stayed 5days stay to be the architectural representative on the project trailer office. Main task is project delivery which includes ASI, RFI, Constructability meets and coordination with trades.
