I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a B.Arch Degree with more than 5 years of experience in commercial, mixed use/ residential and interior design projects under a architectural firm and developer company. 

I seek a full-time position with your firm because it will set me towards a better path as an architectural designer. I aimed to improve upon my ability to create and analyze building design that aims to improve the environment among the living and health. Working for an architectural studio will allow me to understand the importance of teamwork with a focused mind. I bring to your team a trained eye for detail and a keen sense of modern style as evident from my portfolio. I’m proficient and keep up to date in computer software skills such as 3dsmax, Adobe Products (like Aftereffects, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and Rhino. 

As a volunteer building homes for low-income families, I wish to do my part by giving back to the communities and organizations I represent through a higher level of learning and sustainable design strategies. I use this to set an example upon myself to never stop learning and always appreciate the experience I gain from a variety of different people. That is why I continue to offer my service every year helping other students in need of help. 

I also have some fieldwork experience at my previous firm, where I have been assigned to measure as-built projects with consultants, and quality control checks for new buildings set to be open. While field visits can be hard work and tedious, I welcome any new challenge as a break from the sedentary office environment.
