Architectural Designer, Fulbright scholar, and a Master of Science in Architecture student at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Waleed earned his bachelor's degree from Cairo University in Architecture Engineering. He has worked for more than four years as an architectural designer for Dar Al-Handasah ( Dar Group ).

Waleed specializes in Algorithm-aided design, and utilizes a wide set of tools including Visual programming ( Grasshopper/ Dynamo ), C# coding, and Building Information Modeling in order to achieve a high level of product optimization, data generated design, and comprehensive design systems.
