Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia, Graduate Teaching Assisant
I was a graduate teaching assistant for Integrated Building Systems III. In working as a teaching assistant for this class, I mostly helped organize lesson plans for each class period and collaborated with the professors on assignments. I was the main source of communication for the students, too, so it was important for me to always be available and ready to answer any questions or concerns they had.
Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF), New York, NY, US, Architectural Intern
During my time at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, I worked on four different projects with three project teams, helping with concept design and the overall structure of the building. These projects existed in and out of the United States. In doing this, I built skills in Rhino, InDesign, and AutoCAD. I was also the main source of communication for material providers as one of the projects was in the process of being built. I helped with all of the presentation materials for weekly meetings and final presentations for clients.
Jason Canning Architect, Inc., Jacksonville, Florida, Architectural Intern
During my time with Jason Canning, I worked on several commercial projects including churches, schools, and shopping centers. I got the opportunity to collaborate with different disciplines, especially engineers and landscape architects. I also helped to win a future twenty million dollar project to redo a high school campus in Jacksonville. In working here, I advanced my AutoCAD and SketchUp skills and started working on some rendering programs such as Vray and Lumion.
University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, Undergraduate Teaching Assistant
I was an undergraduate teaching assistant for both Design Studio 03 and Design Studio 04. In working as a teaching assistant for this class, I mostly helped organize lesson plans for each class period and collaborated with the professor on assignments. I attended every class, providing daily feedback on student work that was due every class period. I was the main source of communication for the students, too, so it was important for me to always be available and ready to answer any questions or concerns the students had.

Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), Atlanta, Georgia, MArch, Architecture
Upon finishing my bachelor’s degree, I decided to pursue a Master of Architecture at Georgia Institute of Technology where I will graduate in spring 2024. While my undergraduate education involved more abstract spatial thinking, Georgia Tech’s curriculum focuses on the more technical aspects of design. Both programs have allowed me to grow into a strong, well-rounded architect with unique design ideas and the ability to communicate them clearly.
University of Florida, Gainesville, Florida, Bachelors, Architecture
Completing my Bachelor of Design in Architecture at the University of Florida set up my knowledge about architecture and helped me grow tremendously in the field. The education was extremely design-focused and abstract, helping me understand architecture in a unique way and therefore, being able to more easily hone in on the technical/structural side of it in my master's program.

A scholarship given by the Georgia Institute of Technology to help me with graduate school.
